maybe start by properly starting the station-run -> auto-assign teams to stations?
or is this meant as a feature "team is on the way to you"? then make sure that a stationsbetreuer can always check a box "team is present" after they pressed the button that the team left. Otherwise, some stations will wait for teams, that are never going to arrive at the end of the ratras.
