maybe add a short explanation of the workflow: go to station (with team(s) xy) -> enter teams -> score teams -> exit teams (so admins and subsequent stations know what's going on) -> go home (with team(s) wz) -> alternatively use manual scoring and admins will add it after you submit it to them.

or is this explanation going to be handed over as a sheet of paper with the qr-code etc?
